On 21 November 2019, Zhong Ou Asset Management International Limited officially entered into a partnership with Banque Bonhôte & Cie SA, serving as the Sub-Investment Manager of one of the bank's Luxembourg-domiciled investment funds.

The Fund primarily invests, through the Stock Connect programme, in equities listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange that are issued by companies established in, or principally operating in, Mainland China. At least 40% of the Fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) is invested in China A-shares. The Fund may also invest in shares of Chinese companies listed in Hong Kong, with such investments representing no more than 25% of the Fund's Net Asset Value (NAV).
