Zhong Ou Asset Management International Limited (hereafter referred to as “ZOAM Intl.”) officially became 100%-owned overseas subsidiary to Zhong Ou Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “ZOAM”), a prestigious asset manager in Mainland China, on November 29, 2019.

Through cooperation with external strategical counterparties, ZOAM Intl. carries on with ZOAM's philosophy of "long-term investment & compatible asset allocation" with an ambition to provide clients with sustainable and stable returns.

ZOAM Intl. is licensed under Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) to conduct activities of "Dealing in Securities" (Type 1 ), "Advising on Securities" (Type 4) and "Asset Management" (Type 9).
